You are taking the next step to enhance your professional career.
Please follow these easy steps below to become a Summit Realty Group real estate agent.
1. Agent Information Form: Please fill out online, print and email the completed form.
2. California ICA & Commission Agreement: Please fill out online, print and email. Initial, sign & date where indicated.
If joining on the Gold, Platinum, or Diamond 100% commission plans, please make your first payment HERE.
3. I-9 Form: Please fill out page 4 online only, print and email. IMPORTANT- make sure to provide a copy of your
Driver’s License or Legal ID.
4. Broker Policy Manual: Please review the entire manual, sign and date page 54 only online, print and email.
Please note: E&O Insurance has changed. We are insured through Gotham Insurance with a $2500 deductible.
5. Please send all the forms you printed above to eowens@summitrealtygrp.com.
6. Send your real estate license to our Corporate Office:

7. Log into the elicensing division of the California Department of Real Estate. Our Corporate ID with the CA DRE:
#01247290.
A. Click “change employer” if you are transferring to us. There are 2 choices when you get to this step.
Please choose the 1st one John Frederick Manno as employer name and not the 2nd.
B. Click add “employing broker” if you have no previous broker of record. Choose John Frederick Manno as the
employer name.
C. Change “main office mailing address” to: 177 Riverside Avenue Suite F #1156. Newport Beach, CA 92663.
Please note: Should you be in the Central Valley (Fresno, Madera and surrounding cities) you may utilize our
Branch Office Address: 4741 W Spruce Ave, Suite 114, Fresno CA 93722.
8. For those of you wanting to get paid to your salesperson’s Corporation or LLC, please fill out online, print and send
As soon as you complete the necessary steps above and we accept your broker change, we will e-mail your agent Login ID and password to access our company email, back office Agent Command Center and transaction coordinator. Then you may start closing deals immediately.
After we have received your signed contracts, we will send you a copy signed and dated by our Broker, John F. Manno, for your file. Please Contact Us if you have any questions.
